Massage therapy training includes a professional licensing 출장안마 (PLP) and an expanded professional licensing program (EPLP). In the school’s massage therapy programs, students will engage in intensive 650 to 1,000 hour courses (depending on which massage therapy program students choose to enroll). In the PLP, students will first gain an introduction to massage by learning basics about the therapy; hands-on training; advanced treatment and myofascial massage; seated massage; Eastern massage; hydrotherapy; and sports massage therapy. In addition to practical massage training, students will learn about anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, pathology, CPR and first aid, and essential professional development and business skills. In addition, students enrolled in the PLP will find that they can choose from a variety of electives including instruction in deep Swedish massage, lymphatic massage, pregnancy massage, and other professional enhancement programs.
